Maruti Ritz is based on the all-new platform, the production of the Maruti Ritz has some hints of the Maruti Swift and Maruti SX4 interspersed with the C-pillar design that really harks to a concept. Maruti Ritz may have the three engines – two petrol engines and a common-rail diesel. A 1000cc, 65 bhp 3-cylinder and a 1200cc, 86 bhp 4-cylinder engine will power Suzuki's gasoline aspirations while the 1248cc, 75 bhp multi-jet engine manufactured at Manesar in India will complete the engine lineup. Both the petrol engine have four-valve-per-cylinder. Maruti Suzuki swift’s 1.3-litre DDIS may also be strapped into the New Maruti Ritz. All three engines are combined with a 5-speed manual gearbox. The 1.2L petrol Maruti Ritz feature an optional 4-speed automatic transmission. All the engines of the Maruti Ritz are Euro4-compliant. Maruti Suzuki Ritz mileage will be similar to the all new Maruti Suzuki A-Star. Maruti Ritz Price is Rs 390000 to 500000 in Delhi. The rear seats in Maruti Ritz is set a bit higher than the front seats to get the good front view. Maruti Ritz is a true 4 seater car but for 5 they can sit at a squeeze.
